PURPOSE
The Graduate College (GC) awards recognize ASU student programs, projects and organizations funds that promote academic excellence, creative activities and diversity in graduate education. These awards may only be used to support the graduate scholastic agenda of professional development and social-embeddedness that best represents the ASU community.

ELIGIBILITY
The Graduate Student Organization Awards may support scholarship (programs, projects or creative activities) that best represents mentorship and student-faculty interaction, while promoting professional development.
ASU student organizations must be currently registered as an active ASU student organization through the ASU Student Organization Resource Center (SORC). For more information on the SORC please visit: http://www.asu.edu/studentaffairs/mu/clubs/
AWARDS
$50-$500 maximum per request
The Graduate Student Organization Awards may be matched by other off-campus and on-campus resources (i.e. vendors, ASU academic units, departments or organizations).
APPLICATION PROCESS
Members of ASU Organization and programs must complete and submit the Graduate Student Organization (GSO) Expense Request Form
.
Completed request form must be signed by the authorized signer of the student organization
Completed request form may be submitted in person to INTDSB B288 or submitted electronically to dcrusoe@asu.edu or faxed to 480-727-6615
Applications will be reviewed by a GC committee
Submitter(s) will be notified within 5 business days of the committee's decision
