  • On-site interviews (optional), available on a first-come basis

Information for Students:

Regardless of your major, year in college, or future goals, there are numerous benefits to attending the annual Graduate School and Internship Fair. Some of the more common reasons are listed below:

  • Expand your network of contacts
  • One-stop location to gather information
  • Get questions answered that you couldn't find online
  • Learn about internship and graduate school possibilities
  • Learn to promote yourself - Why do you want to further your education and what would you bring to their university or organization?

Before The Career Fair:

  • RSVP to attend the event (not required)
    • Go to Career Services http://www.asu.edu/career
    • Click on Student Login tab and enter your ASURite Username and Password and then Continue to Sun Devil CareerLink
    • Under Quick Links, click on Graduate School & Internship Fair - Nov 6, 2008 Tempe campus Participants link
    • Under the Participants tab you will find a list of currently registered universities and employers that will be attending the event, and you'll be able to RSVP to show who you're most interested in meeting at the event.
  • Create a list of questions to ask recruiters
  • Create labels with your mailing address and email address to request more information - this will save time completing information cards
  • Make copies of your resume
  • Attend the "Making the Most of the ASU's Graduate School and Internship Fair Seminar"
    • Attending this session will provide you with tips on effectively preparing for and navigating ASU's Annual Graduate School and Internship Fair on November 6th. Attending grad school or completing an internship can help you gain the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to advance in your career, meet people in your field of interest and begin building a professional network.
