complete the admissions application
- The application is for both degree/certificate and nondegree status.
- Before submitting your application, find information on your program and departmental application deadlines.
- Students who have an approved Request to Maintain Continuous Enrollment prior to their departure and are re-entering the same program for the semester immediately following the approved leave, do not need to submit a new application.
non-refundable application fee
The application fee is dedicated to the Graduate College administrative cost of processing all applications received and is not refundable under any circumstance, regardless of the outcome, the date of filing, time of review, or if for whatever the reason, the application is withdrawn or if, for whatever reason, you are unable to enroll for a class.
- Domestic: $70
- International: $90
non-refundable late application fee
In addition to the normal application fee, a $50 non-refundable late processing fee will be charged for all applications submitted on or after the dates indicated below.

Full-time ASU Employees: The application fee is waived; however, the employee will be responsible for any applicable late processing fees.

International money orders cannot be accepted.
immunization requirements
You are required to have proof of measles immunizations on file with Student Health.
