GRADUATE ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate Application for Degree-seeking Student
- Nonrefundable application fee:
- U.S citizen degree graduate: $65
- Non-U.S. citizen degree graduate: $80
- Applications will not be processed until the fee is received. All checks and money orders must include student's full name as it appears on the Graduate Application, Date of Birth, and Application ID number.

Note: Checks drawn on international banks must identify a corresponding U.S. bank on the check and have bank routing numbers imprinted across the bottom of the draft. International money orders cannot be accepted.
- Credit card (VISA or MasterCard)
- U.S. check or U.S. money order, made payable to Arizona State University
- Cash, only if paying in person. Please do not mail cash.
Note: Doctoral students who have an approved Leave of Absence prior to their departure and are re-applying to the same program are exempt from the application fee. Please re-apply online, indicate you will pay the fee by check, submit your application, and notify Graduate Admissions at (480) 965-6113.
- Official Transcripts. One set of official transcripts from every college and university from which a Bachelors or higher degree was earned should be sent to:

Note: ASU transcripts do not need to be sent.- Official Test Scores. Take required tests and have the official scores sent directly to Graduate Admissions. Test scores must be received directly from the agency administering the test. Photocopies are not acceptable.
- U.S. bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution or the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree from an international institution that is officially recognized by that country. A bachelor's degree in the U.S. is a four-year degree that follows 12 years of primary and secondary schoolwork.
- Equivalent to a "B" average (in the last 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours of undergraduate coursework). If you do not meet the minimum GPA requirements, your application may still be considered although the degree program office may require additional supporting documents.
- Prepare required support materials for application to your degree program. These may include letters of recommendation, a statement of purpose or writing sample, a portfolio, a vita/biographical sketch/résumé, to name a few.
- Submit your application and all supporting materials. Consult our checklist and be sure to include the application fee for every application you submit.
- Proof of Measles Immunization on file with Student Health (please see www.asu.edu/studentaffairs/health/nurseclinic/immunizations)
- Non-U.S. citizens (residing in the USA) must provide proof of USA visa/immigration
