Go to www.asu.edu/interactive => Prospective Students => Check Admission Application Status => Graduate Admissions Application - Check Status. Review your To Do List. Note: Delivery time for mail to be received from overseas is approximately one month from the time mailed, and 10 work days for documents mailed from within the USA.
Once all documents have been received by the Graduate College, files will be released to the department for their recommendation in approximately 5-10 work days. Files released to the department will be processed based upon departmental deadlines and policies. Contact the department for more information.
Yes, go to ASU Interactive => Prospective Students => Check Admission Application Status => Graduate Admissions Application - Check Status. Review your To Do List. If you have sent in transcripts, but the ASU Interactive shows them on your To Do List: Please allow for 35 business days for arrival and processing of international mail. Please allow for 25 business days for arrival and processing of domestic mail. If sufficient time has past, it is possible that we could not identify your transcript, contact the Graduate Admissions Office 480.965.6113 or CLICK HERE to email. When contacting the Graduate Admissions Office, please have the following information available: current name, ASU ID, App Reference number, former or alternate names used on the unmatched transcript and the name of the institution.
One set of official transcripts/mark sheets from every college and university from which a bachelor's or higher degree was earned must be submitted. You do not need to submit Arizona State University transcripts. If additional transcripts are required, the Graduate College will notify you. Nondegree applicants do not need to send transcripts.
Official transcripts are normally sent from the issuing institution in sealed envelopes, stamped/attested and verified by the issuing institutions. Unofficial transcripts are web print outs, photocopies, notarized or English translation only.
