I have reported my GRE/TOEFL test scores electronically through ETS, but ASU Interactive shows my scores are not received yet.

Check that the First and Last name on your ASU application match with the First and Last name on the scores reported by ETS, if not contact the Graduate Admissions Office 480.965.6113 or send an email.

Check that the test scores sent by ETS went to the institution code 4007, if not contact ETS.

What is the process for sending official test scores?

Official test scores should be sent directly to the Graduate College by ETS electronically.

The ASU institutional code is 4007.

Department code is 99 for TOEFL and 0000 for GRE.
