Submit the Financial Guarantee Form & the Supporting Documents (Bank Statements, Affidavit of Support, Scholarship Awards, Assistantship Offer Letters, Employer Statements).
The US government requires that you show proof that you can support yourself and your dependants while you are here.
Documents can ONLY be dated up to a year previous to the semester start.
These documents can be faxed to (480) 965-5158.
To avoid delays in visa processing, these documents should be received at ASU at least 45 business days prior to the final I-20 or DS-2019 issue day for the semester.
