Yes. Some certificate programs do offer an online component. To find out if a specific graduate certificate can be completed online, refer to the web page links at certificate program.

Yes. However, there are some restrictions. Students that need an F1 or J1 visa will first need to be accepted to a Master or Doctorate degree program, prior to admission to a certificate program. Students residing in the USA on other visa types must provide a copy of their USA visa to be considered for admission.
