  • UGEM (Underrepresented Graduate Enrichment Match) UGEM awards awards provide graduate students whose numbers are underrepresented in the field of study (e.g., women in engineering, men in nursing and education, racial/ethnic minorities in business) with a research assistantship under faculty supervision during their first year of graduate study.
