Name change: We're the Graduate College once again

July 1st will be the official change date, but we have started the process of changing documents, logos, letterhead, etc. over to the Graduate College. Between now and July 1st, you will see both names as we make the change. On July 1st we will roll out the Graduate College website and all changes should be complete.

Teaching Assistant Development (TAD) program (formerly TA Training/Orientation)
The Graduate College and the Center for Learning and Teaching Excellence are pleased to announce a partnership to launch the new university-wide Teaching Assistant Development (TAD) program with a flexible format and multiple delivery options and choices. This new approach will allow new graduate teaching assistants to receive their initial ASU ABOR-required orientation, while at the same time beginning to design and build a portfolio of knowledge related to teaching as part of their on-going professional training. The on-line modular component of this program will also allow continuing TAs to enhance their teaching skills.
This program, which is being developed using a hybrid delivery system, is designed to add flexibility to you and to your graduate students as we expand their capacity in the classroom. For more detailed information on the new Graduate TA Development (TAD) program, visit graduate.asu.edu/taorientation.html. If you have questions, please contact Dr. Judy Grace in the CLTE or Jennifer Cason in the Graduate College.
