is a secured web-based system for accessing and managing graduate
student plan information. gPortal enables you to set up a
supplemental application that tailors the online graduate web
application for your specific program requirements.
PS gPortal
is a secured web-based system for accessing and managing graduate
student information in the PeopleSoft system. Using Gportal, you may
query applicants and students and make online recommendations to admit
students.
E-GAD! is a document imaging system
that manages information related to graduate students. It is accessible
through a web browser to all faculty and staff who have a need to
review student information. To access E-GAD!, you will need a computer
equipped with Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or higher OR Netscape
Navigator Version 7 or higher.
E-GAD! is a secured system that is accessible
from any location; however, you will need an account to sign in. We
will set up your user id to be the same as your ASURITE userID,
but your password will initially be set to a generic password which
will be sent to you in a confirmation email when you are granted
access. Please change this password as soon as possible. E-GAD! works
hand-in-hand with gPortal. Once we have set up your permissions, you
may access documents through the "WebXtender" link in GPortal or by
logging directly through E-GAD!
gPortal/EGAD! Access
Access to E-GAD! is granted by your academic unit's gPortal "supervisor(s)".
If you are in doubt about who has this authority in your unit, please see your chair, graduate director,
or contact the Graduate College at grad-access@asu.edu.
PS Gportal Access is requested online at https://ep.oasis.asu.edu.
For employees seeking access to Admit students please request the GR
Department Supervisor role. For employees who do not admit students
please request the GR Department Staff role. Please be aware that you
must complete FERPA training at my.asu.edu before you will be granted access to any student information in PeopleSoft.
