mcnair scholars program ASU recognizes McNair Scholars as students coming from some of the most competitive undergraduate programs in the country to graduate school at Arizona State University and proudly supports the ASU Graduate McNair Student organization.

shades multicultural mentoring program is a multicultural peer mentoring program. Shades is a strong peer mentor program for underrepresented students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Originally, designed for future scientists, now Non STEM majors participate in Shades as they prepare to be future educators, designers, artists, clinicians, practitioners, and etc. ASU students have joined Shades, creating a truly interdisciplinary assembly of scholars that spans across disciplines, promotes professional development and encourages networking within the ASU community. Interested students will be matched and mentored by their peers (graduate and undergraduates) from the same or similar programs of study.
social and academic mentoring program (SAM) supports academic success, diversity and professional development through peer mentorship. The program supports the development of peer-to-peer mentorship.
stem doctoral enhancement program (STEM) consists of partnerships between ASU Graduate College and other educational institutions to facilitate pathways to graduate education.
