
Measles
Immunization
Students born after December 31, 1956, will not be permitted to register
without proof of measles (rubeola) immunity or of immunization given
after January 1, 1980. The form can be printed from www.asu.edu/studentaffairs/health/nurseclinic/immunizations/immunizationsrecordssubmission.pdf
or picked up in Graduate Admissions. The computer will not register
course requests if proof has not been recorded.

The Student Health Center is located on the
south side of University Drive, between College and McAllister Avenues.
Students pay minimal charges, depending on the services rendered.
Spouses and dependents may be covered by Student Health Insurance
but are not eligible for treatment at the Student Health Center.

The Tuition Payment Office accepts payment
of tuition and fees, including lab and music fees. Other charges,
such as parking violations, may be paid at Cashiering Services. ASU
accepts personal checks, traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashier's
checks, and Discover, VISA, and MasterCard. Fees must be paid by the
deadline specified in the Schedule
of Classes or classes will be dropped and registration voided.
Payment can be made by mail, in person at various locations, or through
ASU Interactive, ASU's
phone registration system. Consult the Schedule of Classes
for payment locations and options. Graduate assistants may use payroll
deduction to pay registration fees.

The official university ID card, known as the
Sun Card, is obtained at the Sun Card Office in the Memorial Union.
You must present a photo ID to get your Sun Card; your ID will be
processed immediately. More details about receiving optional services
through the Sun Card are available at the Sun Card Office.
Graduate teaching and research assistants/associates
also receive temporary staff IDs from their department that entitle
them to a 10 percent discount at the ASU Bookstore and to extended
borrowing privileges at university libraries.

Computing Sites
ASU Information Technology operates
sites throughout campus with various microcomputers and software available
for student use. Many academic units have their own computer labs;
talk to your program chair about facilities in your area. The Customer
Assistance Center is the place to go for new publications, manuals,
handbooks, how-to guides, and training materials.
