  • SHADES - Multicultural Mentoring Program
    SHADES is a Multicultural Mentoring Program for future scientists.  However, if the sciences aren't your specialty you are still welcome to participate in this program.  SHADES promotes mentoring across many disciplines forming a network of support which fosters professional development and information exchange. SHADES employs multi-level mentoring where graduate students informally support each other as they work together and as they mentor undergraduates.   • Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law through the ASU Bar Association

    Second and third year law students are matched with first year students. Second and third year students provide advice on course work habits, outline and exam preparation, resumé preparation, job interviewing skills, and adjusting to law school culture.     Advanced graduate students serve as peer mentors for incoming graduate students.
