| Multicultural Mentoring Program | ||
| Shades in Science: Multicultural Mentoring - Underrepresented students in STEM
(Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) fields are mentors for each
other, forming a network of support and information exchange. Unlike most
mentoring programs, Shades employs multi-level mentoring where graduate students
informally support each other as they work together and as they mentor
