ASU has a rich and vibrant educational environment due, in large part, to its international student body, of which the majority is graduate students. There are over 3,000 international students studying at ASU, representing more that 140 nations and nationalities. ASU and the Graduate College are committed to working in partnership with academic programs to insure you have a quality educational experience. To that end the university has established a wide range of proframs and support networks designed to serve our international students.

international student and scholar office

The International Student and Scholar Office (ISSO) conducts orientation programs for new students and offers assistance with administrative concerns, immigration advisement, and personal counseling, including providing information on student visas, F-1 and J-1 visas, international student organizations and international student traditions.
