The Graduate College is happy to announce several funding and fellowship opportunities available to graduate students in the upcoming months. 

Pandemic Impact Award

This award was created to assist graduate students whose research or culminating projects have experienced unanticipated costs associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Applications for this award are due September 25, 2020.

Ford Foundation Fellowship Programs

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine is accepting applications for their 2021 Ford Foundation Fellowship Programs. The program is looking for predoctoral, dissertation and postdoctoral students who are interested in a career in teaching and research at the college or university level in the U.S. 

Dissertation and postdoctoral applications are due December 10. Predoctoral applications are due December17.

AAHHE Graduate Student Fellows Program

The American Association of Hispanics in Higher Education (AAHHE), Inc. is seeking Latin/o/x doctoral students who wish to pursue careers in academia or administration and policy in postsecondary education. 

Applications for this fellowship are due October 16.

Achievement Awards for College Scientists (ARCS) Foundation Fellowship

The Achievement Rewards for College Scientists (ARCS) awards unrestricted funding to talented scholars at more than 50 top American research universities. The ARCS® Foundation is a nonprofit organization of women who sponsor students in science and technology research.

The nomination deadline for academic year AY 2021-22 is October 1, 2020 by 5:00 pm Arizona time.
