Submit your nomination for Outstanding Faculty Mentor Awards by October 1st
The Graduate College is now accepting nominations for the Outstanding Faculty Mentor Awards.
Has an ASU graduate faculty member made a significant impact on your graduate or postdoctoral career through mentorship? Has a faculty member gone above and beyond in taking an interest in your success?
If the answer is yes, submit your nomination today.
Recipients of this highly competitive award receive funding that can be used for research or travel. Recipients also become members of the Graduate College’s Faculty Mentoring Academy, as well as the satisfaction of knowing they’ve made a life-changing impact in the lives of their students.
You may submit your nomination to one of four categories:
Outstanding Doctoral Mentor: recognizing tenured or tenure-track faculty for outstanding doctoral committee service;
Outstanding Master’s Mentor: recognizing tenured or tenure-track faculty for outstanding Master’s committee service;
Outstanding Instructional Faculty Member: recognizing faculty associates, lecturers, clinical faculty and other non-tenure track instructional staff for exemplary graduate student mentoring;
Outstanding Postdoctoral Mentor: recognizing all faculty, researchers, and postdoctoral peers for exemplary postdoctoral scholar mentoring.
The deadline to submit a nomination is Tuesday, October 1, so don’t wait!
