Grad15 is a series of 15-minute webinars designed to support graduate students' professional development.
All sessions are held via Zoom and are open to all ASU graduate students. Attendance is free, but registration is required to receive each session's Zoom link.
December 1, 2020. Join the Center for Mindfulness, Compassion and Resilience and the Graduate College for a special Grad15 and Midday Mindfulness double-feature as we discuss creating resiliency in times of stress as we all deal with COVID, Zoom and end-of-semester fatigue.
First, at 11 AM in Grad15, we’ll share tips and strategies for overcoming mid-year burnout and starting off the spring semester with a renewed sense of motivation.
Then, at noon in Midday Mindfulness, we will examine the benefits of honoring our traditions while creating new ones, flipping our internal narratives to boost hope and optimism, and creating resilience surrounding fatigue and burnout by framing our boundaries and using acceptance to help us through the discomfort.
