Awards and Fellowships

The Graduate College provides funding and support to a number of awards, fellowships, training and development opportunities for entering and continuing students. Schools and departments at ASU often combine these along with other types of funding to offer competitive financial packages designed to attract and retain outstanding and diverse graduate students.


Graduate College Fellowships and Awards

Graduate programs at ASU can nominate students for or apply for the following fellowships and awards, both merit-based and needs-based, administered and funded by the Graduate College. Students can not apply directly to these funding oportunities.

In addition to graduate fellowships and grants at ASU, there are thousands of national, state and private organization resources to search, including awards for teachers, those seeking a career in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) fields, military and their family members, minorities and women who are underrepresented in their fields, and many more.
